The ability to motivate, develop, and monitor certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) and physician anesthesia staff while working together with nursing and surgical staff to achieve quality outcomes, optimize utilization of resources, and maximize operating room efficiency is essential. Given our active anesthesiology residency and CRNA student training programs, along with fostering a supportive teaching environment and support collaborative research programs. Also, the candidate should posses strong experience in anesthesia for complex vascular, thoracic, orthopedics, and general surgery cases.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm - or until all cases are completed. Also will take weekday, weekend and Holiday on call.
Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Board Certified/Board Eligiblein Anesthesiology
Strong experience in anesthesia for complex vascular , thoracic , orthopedics , and general surgery cases.
Strong teaching background with working with residents and CRNA
