* Performing history and physical examinations, orders and evaluates appropriate diagnostic studies, and acts within the guidelines and quality indicators set forth by the VA Central Office of Disability and Medical Assessment (DMA
* Performing Compensation and Pension examinations for all claimed medical conditions except those limited to specialists; writes medical opinions to provide very specific information to ensure proper evaluation of the claimed disability by non-medical adjudicating officials of the Veterans Benefits Administration and courts;
* Generates Compensation and Pension exam reports; and functions as a resource person to other examiners.
Work Schedule: Full-Time,(40 Hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM), with possible weeknight and weekend hours.

Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in medicine or osteopathic medicine.
