Swedish Medical Center is looking for an Annual Giving and Gift Clubs Coordinator \(Full Time, Day Shift\) to work in the Marsha Rivkin Center at Swedish First Hill Campus in Seattle, WA\.
The Annual Giving and Gift Clubs Coordinator is responsible for developing and administering cultivation, solicitation and benefit fulfillment plans for the annual membership program for individuals and organizations under $10,000\. This includes face to face solicitation, direct mail campaigns, telefunding, matching gifts, web\-based online giving, fund raising events and grant writing\.This position will also support the fundraising events for theRivkin Center including the Summer Run & Walk and the Family & FriendsAuction\.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Five \(5\) plus year's development experience with established record of fundraising success
Experience with soliciting gifts face\-to\-face
Excellent writing skills, strong verbal and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Analytical and financial knowledge
Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Raisers Edge 7\.0
Ability to motivate and supervise volunteers
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
